Georgia Peach Punch (page 15)
To make this punch a little drier, add more wine and less ginger ale. This drink is the perfect way to cool down after an afternoon in the hot Georgia sun!
2 cans frozen peach daiquiri mix, thawed
1 can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 quart club soda, chilled
1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
1 bottle white wine, chilled
1-2 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced for garnish

1 (2-liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled
1 bottle white wine, chilled
1-2 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced for garnish
In large container, combine daiquiri and concentrates along with club soda and mix well. Pour over ice in pitcher or punch bowl; add ginger ale and wine. Garnish glasses with peach slices. Serves 20.
The Junior League of Athens will be in full swing in a few short weeks. I can't wait to see all the girls again and participate in all the events in the coming year.
