I have been meaning to make my own DIY chalkboard for a while now but haven't had the time to find a large inexpensive frame. My husband and I just bought our first home and I had a ton of stuff to take to Habitat for Humanity. After a short walk through inside I came home with this awesome frame for $4.99. After a couple coats of Krylon Chalkboard Paint on the glass and leftover white trim paint on the wood frame, I had the perfect chalkboard for less than $10.00.
The chalkboard can be used for all sorts of fun events, dinner parties or even grocery list.
